A New Beginning?

If you haven't seen the latest doom and gloom from Hollywood then you may have at least seen the advertisements. If not you can watch a preview clip below of "2012-The Movie". This is the latest disaster movie directed by Roland Emmerich and is "loosely" based on the Mayan prophecies that foresaw the so called end of the world:

The tagline of the 2012 movie is: "who will be left behind"? Obviously this is a blatant hint to a governmental program (in the movie) suggesting a modern Noah's Ark: only enough room for the select few to get on board. [That should feed the government conspiracy theroists for years to come :)]

All this makes for a fantastic disaster movie but how true is it based on what they depict? Well I have done a lot of reading and many, many searches on the Internet the last few years about this subject and the best information (all in one place) I have come across is from a book I recently got my hands on called "2012 The Ascension".

This book starts out with the "facts" NOT the Hollywood distorted fiction for another disaster movie plot. Some of these facts are:

Yes the Mayan calendar ends in 2012
Yes many ancient civilizations predicted it
Yes the Egyptians predicted it
Yes the Celtics predicted it
Yes some ancient African tribes predicted it
Yes the Aztecs and many other ancient races predicted it
Yes Planet "X" is on a path to intersect with it
But there is more here than meets the eye of the common observer

But what is "IT"?

The book "2012 The Ascension" is written by a two of the most knowledgeable witches of modern times. It also includes commentary from many other well known witches and warlocks. If you have been reading my site you know that the real witches and warlocks are those Wiccans that are very well tuned to Mother Nature and God. They know how to read the signs of Mother Earth and how God affects our everyday life.

There is no real magic (majik) here. Witches and warlocks are just trained people that are attuned to what the all powerful God and Mother Nature have made available to all of us. That is IF we are trained to see it, use it and understand it.

The key to survival has always been knowledge and the proper use of what you have learned. Whether it be in school, on your job, your marriage or just everyday relationships.
